The main AI design workflow is provided through the iOS and Android apps. App availability, purchases, refunds, subscriptions, and credits may also be governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
You are responsible for photos, prompts, and other content you upload or submit. You should only upload content that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private, or sensitive content.
AI-generated design outputs are provided for inspiration and planning. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for construction, safety, engineering, architectural, or legal decisions. Professional advice should be used where appropriate.
The HomeVelza name, website, app interface, branding, articles, and related materials are owned by HomeVelza or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them without permission.
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse AI generation, scrape the website at scale, or use HomeVelza to create unlawful or harmful content.
Features, pricing, credit rules, availability, and supported platforms may change over time. We may update or discontinue parts of the service when needed.
HomeVelza is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
